i dont know about pitting. i punched the wheel like a moron and dented it with 2 knuckles. It's not really that bad, but it's my wifes car and she is adament that I fix it. I have no problem fixing it since it was my dumbass that lost control and hit it in the first place. I was just hoping this was a $5-50 mistake... not a $500+ mistake. [sm=guilty.gif]

If it is fogging up and looking bad, dealer will replace it under warranty for you.

 

Get a big smiley face sticker to go over it.

 

GT500 steering wheel is pretty pricey, 500+ and you have to use your old air bag.
