I leave the line at about 2000if I leave much higher than that I just spin. I ran a 13.22 1/4 @ 102 last weekend.

Simply make a few runs, get adjusted to the idea. Once you go a few times you can adjust accordingly. I have the 17" stockers, and found that 25 psi in the rear and 40 psi in the front works the best. Manual, and I bring it up between 1500-2000. Try not to dump the clutch and pounce on the gas, or you'll just spin. Also, don't worry about the light. Reaction time means nothing at time trials, so don't worry about beating the guy next to you. Once you pass the beams, then your time starts.

Mine is an auto. If I heat the tires enough I can go a little more than 2000
