Default Curb Rash

I hit a curb today going pretty slow with my car and I got some pretty nasty curb rash. I have 18X9 bullitts(black with the chrome lip) and where the rash happened is right where the lip meets the tire. There are a few deeper gouges (not too too deep). How can I clean it up to help hiding it? And does anyone know if the Bullitts actuallyhave a chrome lip or a polished lip? Any info would be wicked since this ruined my day. Thanks.

Happens to tons of people. Rim Repair is actually getting pretty common now, try the phone book.

If the damage is too extensive, that's a pretty common wheel and I bet you could get it replaced for like 150$.

This one has free shipping:http://www.americanmuscle.com/verde-...set-94-04.html

That link says:

"If you are looking for Deep Dish in both the front and the rear of your Mustang, these are your wheels! These wheels are the same unique style that we sell for the 2005+ Mustangs, only in the correct offset to fit your 1994-2004 Mustang. These 18x9s look great in the deep lip for both the front and rear of your Mustang. "

Make sure you check the offset.

O I C. good call. I'm pretty sure they will fit both though. At any rate, definitely make sure they will fit your car before placing an order

Nothing teaches like a good solid blow to the bill fold. Buy a new wheel and pay attention next time. Thats harsh but its life.
