I plan on getting them. Can I still lower the back end of the car 1 inch to make it level?

I finally got my Saleen 20's, let me say they are MUCH bigger overall then the stock tires. I have a Roush 1" drop all the way around, and the wheels have no problem fitting. In fact, even with the 1" drop, the axle is just barely more to the left of center. No "need" to get an adj. panhard rod.

I am on sportlines as well, 20x10s with 285-30-20 with no problems what so ever...

 

I have a 1.5 inch drop with 35 series and have never rubbed.
