Default Paxton Vs ProCharger?

Im getting ready to order my Paxton supercharger kit from Brenspeed. Ive been going back and fourth between the Paxton kit and a ProCharger kit, and I finally settled on the Paxton. But before I order it, I was wondering if the ProCharger might be the better choice. Anyone have any informed opinions or advice on one or the other?

Thanks!

P.S. Im sure that other choices such as the Saleen kit or Whipple kit are great, but for me its either the ProCgarger or the Paxton.

I have a Procharger on my F-150 back when it came time to choose i went with the Procharger. One was the fact that theProcharger is self contained no tapping the engine oiling system. I also liked the air to air intercooler, I say upgrade to the 3 Core if available for the Stang. If however i had it to do over I would choose a Twin Screw Supercharger over thee Centrifugal.

After much research and installing vortech, paxton and procharger systems, My feeling is you are better off with the Procharger system. You will be much happier with it. Just my 2 c.

The new paxton novi kits no longer require an oil line to be tapped into the oil pan. They are now self contained. If it's an older model that they still have on the shelf then you might still have to. Ask them before you buy. They (paxton) changed that feature this year.

well i dont know if procharger fixed the seal problem or not but on my 01 mustang i had the psc1 ( i think thats the model) and after 10,000miles the damn seal went bad on it, after i bought it and had the seal problem i later found that there was a lot of people having the bad seal problem. I did the proper break-in and always took it easy before getting on the car and thats how the unit treated me. My next FI will be either a KB or a Hann twin turbo setup.
