I would agree with all above who said BMR. I have them and they are great.

how hard/easy is install on adj. LCA's if you are lowered 1.25"? Is it something i could easily do on jackstands and not need an allignment?

The general consensus is that adjustable LCAs and a fixed tubular UCA is stronger then an adjustable UCA and fixed LCAs.
Go with a poly/spherical combo, BMR or spoon are the best from what I am read.

I have never heard that before at all, but its easy to adj the lcas and the UCA is a little harder, but its 1 adj instead of 2.

Yes you can install them with jackstands no problem
