Finally had to take the Stang in Sat to get the seats looked at. The lever on back of the driver seat broke off. And the lever on the passenger seat just kinda flops around like nothing is connected to it. They took care of the driver side but said they would need about 2-3 hours when new part(s) come in later on for the passenger side.

Wife took it in while I worked. She didnt wash it before hand just to see "if they put their grubby hands on it" (layer of dust as proof) and left the gas tank on almost empty so no joy rides could happen without fear of needing a gas can or tow truck. She was so worried they would refuse to honor the warranty. I said just call me if they try.

Nothing said about the S/C. No attempts at trying the "Sorry ma'am, no warranty for you". It was a good first visit after 8100 mi.

nice to hear someone post about a good dealership visit. I think most of the time people wont' say anything if it's good, all people do is complain when it is bad. I've had good experiences with my dealership as well.

Add me to the list of good trips to the dealer.....I only have taken in for the TSB on freezing e brake, but that is it, no problems at all
