Custom Interior Time
You might wanna check with MRT. They may have parchment. http://www.mrt-direct.com/
They acually have some great looking seat covers. Out of the options you put up, I say #3. But I would definitely go with pony style seats from MRT. If you're going to replace them, might as well do it right. Might wanna hit up Automotive Innovations. They do custom interiors. My buddy used to work up there and said they do a good job. They use Katzkin, I'm pretty sure.

Of the choices #3 looks the best to me.
I've also been debating going with the black leather takeoffs or aftermarket covers. I'm about sick of my parchment cloth to, the damn things stain so easily.
I was thinking of going possible with the Mach 1 look, using black as the main color, then tan as the secondary insert color, then doing the single stripe at the top in orange since that is my planned accessory color (dash kit (see my posts), calipers, superstripe).

Wow. MRT has some NICE stuff. Thanks.

I like number 5 although I think the black red would look better on the seat just plain without the logo then put the logo into the headrest instead. I just think you will need to go black carpet etc inside as well with some red elsewhere.
Plain black and the parchment just look a little...dull. You have a red car outside it needs some red highling inside in my opinion. Then again I just love red leather interiors. Think black etc is dull on its own if there is an option to go with something a little more eye catching and brighter.
I should say my interior on my current car is black and orange and everyone loves it. So brighter the better in my view. If red leather interiors are good enough for italian supercars and other luxury italian cars its good enough for a Mustang.
