how about the obvious - parts counter at your local Ford dealer. They may have to order it for you if not in stock, but usually only takes 1-2 days for parts to come in.

The ford part# for the bolt is W505427-S307 retails for $1.70, if your local dealer doesn'tstock it he might make you buy a pack of 4 because thats the way we have to order them from ford, it is a
M6 X 35MM, if you need the rubber grommet it's only serviced with the air cleaner assy.
