I have a 06 GT with lot of power adders. Putting down 415 rwhp right now. Soon to be around 450rwhp.I think the clutch might be getting a little tired. I want a clutch that can handle500 rwhp and still bedaily driver friendly. I like to hear the good the bad and the ugly of clutch's for the S197's.

I just bought the spec 3+ super twin rated for 1500BHP 1000RWHP under S/C applications. So far I have to say it's not very DD friendly in the stop and go freeway traffic. I have already noticed that it is getting easier to drive since Friday when it was installed. If you just go 500RWHP thestage 2 is plenty ( rated for 650RWP) and should be a lotsofter than the 3+ is. The biggest thing I notice so far is there is zero to minimal frictionzone, unlike the stock clutch that gives you a 1.5-2"of play before it fully engages.
