My rear window is tinted and as you can see in my sig, I have the SHR Louvers. There really is no need to tint them since they appear dark from the outside.

Are you going to do the install or get someone else to do it?

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I was worried about the tint looking wrong with the louvers! Do you have a link with more picture of your car with the louvers installed? I'm about ready to pull the trigger, I just want make sure they look good! :-)

I'm currently deployed. My boat pulled into Singapore last night so I'm catching up on things since we submerged last.

I plan on installing them myself sometime this Fall when we get home

Trust me, they will look great on your car! One thing about flush mount louvers, you don't have to worry about them flying off or someone trying to take them off your car. They replace the factory window, so it's on for good.

Here are some pictures.....you can go to the Silver Horse Racing website and see more, or just type in Louvers in the search box on this forum and I'm sure a lot will come up;

Looking out the window you see my white truck parked next to it.....that's why you can't really see anything.

Im really interested in these too, but not sure on the install. I have done all the work to my car myself so far, but this might be best left to a pro. Where did you guys get them done? a body shop? glass shop? dealer?

@07 Stang: thank you for the pictures! You have a great looking car. I am going to place my order for these louvers. I really like the way they look!
