Default Friggin tuner! (HELP)

So...When I installed my duals the other day, I had to unplug the battery. At the same time, my tuner is toast and getting serviced at SCT.

Does anyone know if unplugging the battery would re-set my tune? The car seems fine, and I figured that it wouldn't run right due to the intake if the tune wasn't on there.

Worse comes to worse I can just throw the stock air box on until the tuner comes back.

That's an interesting question haha.

I don't see why it would if the lack of battery power doesn't.

Thanks for quick responses!
