Default You got to love Freebies

Right now thecar is in the shophaving someex-vinylcut lines removed. While it's in, they're also fitting the 3M Stone guard covering on the front end.

So,I get a call this afternoon from the shop telling me they have a big Open day planned for tomorrow with a bunch of managerial representatives from local dealerships and some chamber of commerce officials including the Mayor ! Press will attend also. The shop is very big, they are owned by a consortiummade up from a few of the local major dealerships, Ford, VW. Hondaincluded (Ford sent me there).

"We're having a section setup in the shop where we're laying a carpet etc and we wanted to know if you'd leave the car with us for an extra day so we can use it on the display"

Sounded good to me, I didn't want to drive it home today in the new snow anyway, but they sweetened it further by offering the 3M stone guard job free and obviously they'll be fully detailing the car for me as well

If I have time I'll nip in and take some pictures.
