Your insulators should still look white or at most a light gray. 10.5 is way to rich and it's probably hurting your O2 sensors as well.
Pull your passenger side O2 sensor and take a pic of it for us.

Can someone explain why the posts sometimes scroll off the screen?
Is this because of Fred's giant pictures or something I have set wrong?

Large pics and uninterrupted text(no spaces)does it
this is why I normaly crop(or resize)pics
and use theurl tag for links
But just wait we're almost to another page and then (unless some one postes a large pic) you won't have to scroll on that page

RE: Do these Spark Plugs look ruined? How to clean them??
Solved: Sometimes the solution is right in front of you and you can't even see it. My mechanic didn't tighten the S/C out to engine in connection tight enough. When I punched it after that light, it was barely connected and the shift was the last straw, it knocked it loose. The speed bump must of just finished it.
Thus, the engine wasn't getting air - so it would die at idle. Pushing it to 1000 RPM would give it enough air to stay on. It looked connected, and thats not normally something I would check (will from now on!!) I didn't notice it until I had a buddy push the gas and I watch it rattle and die. Was pretty obvious. Took 10 minutes to fix. Running now...
Stupid Me! Should of noticed it.
