Hey, maybe he is US Marine, and maybe he has to be somewhere other than his hometown. Maybe he still has his cell phone number so the people he knows in Illinois dont lose his number. Maybe he doesnt have a 411.com record because NC isnt his home of record. I dunno maybe...
