That was me Pin-head.
Just kiddi'.

I do have a question though: Isn't the water pump run slower because of the UDP? And if so, is there a chance of overheating.
What's the limit on that one?
Most if not all UDP kits for S197 Mustangs come with an oversized water pump pulley that you also install.

That's what confuses me. It seems like that would defeat the purpose of the underdrive pulleys? I'm obviously missing some logic here, but hey, I'm just a musician![8D] I guess the water pump creates less drag than the other accessories?

You're still slowing down the power steering, air con, and alternator. I'll give up a few horsepower to keep my cooling system working properly. You could always get an electric water pump and gain even more from a UDP.

They have 300hp measured at the flywheel, the numbers people are listing are horsepower number measured at the rear wheels. Any car will lose horsepower through the transmission, differential, etc. Stock GT's measure between 255-270hp depending on the motor and transmission. Mustang's with automatic transmissions typically produce slightly less power than those with manuals.
