installing hoop pins?

Default installing hoop pins?

ok im about to get my car back and when i get home im going to install the hood pins. i have a fiberglass hood now so i want all the protection i can get. how hard is it. the only thing im nervous about is drilling into my newly painted hood.

If I get hood pins, it would be these...

The only holes you need to drill are in the hood itself and not the car frame. The pins & bracket mount in place of the radiator support.Pretty neat.

The problem with those are that it puts the hood pins about an inch to far back on the hood. I think they look better in the location that I put mine.

Just take your time and you'll be fine... drill carefully as you already know that Fiber Glass cracks -- hate to see you make a mistake
