What they said ^^^, only 2X on the beer, I like to share with a car gal. Plus, even if I had to do the whipple in black to save $$, I would drop the car, and add wider tires.

RE: Modification your way?
An SC would be good but may be premature at this time until more real-world resuts are available.
I recommend looking at what you want out of your car (performance, RWHP, bling-bling, audio, etc.). If you are looking for HP, a good tune with possibly a CAI will help. The gears will give you some off-the-line kick. Dropping a car is a personal choice but I've seen noticeable results couple with sway bar replacements (no wheel hop). Exhaust mods may only result in a different sound and not an noticible HP increase (at least that you can notice) unless you go with new headers and/or x-pipe.
The bottom line is it's a personal choice based on what you want out of the car and how you plan to use it. I know people that are 100% happy with the current performance and focus their resources on more aesthetic items (rims/tires, stripes, audio, interior mods, etc.).
With $7,500 you can have some real fun mod'n it. [sm=smiley20.gif]

Lower it, some nice wheels, pullys, CAI, SCT Tuner, 4.10 gears and save the rest untile more mods come out or a better more affordable SC comes out.
Man I wish I could have had around 5K to do mods on my car like some of oyu guys did.

I don't think I'll spend $7500 yet (although it's tempting). I just thought it would fun to see what people would do. I was wondering how many would do performance vs. appearance vs. entertainment mods and what those mods would be if they had that budget.

Yea.. sway bars are a good addition with lowering the car an inch or more. I dont want to go all out one any one thing..(cant afford it) Just want to get around the 420-450hp mark, Get NAV, lower the car, sway bars and maybe some kind of decal on the car. When I had an eclips awd I spent a good 4K on looks and not much on speed.. Never doing that again. ran over a DEAD skunk at night.. the damn thing broke the front part of my kit, the light that was under there. Put a fat dent into the oil pan, and busted the neon light in the back.. damn
