Like all the others have said installing a CAI is very easy to do, 1 bolt holding the airbox on, 1 clamp to loosen at the throttle body, unplugthe mass air sensor and airline and you can pull the whole unit off in 1 piece.
The new intake you purchase will install just about the same as the factory one you just took off.
For the biggest bang in hp you will need a tuner to wakeyour car up and I mean wake it up!!!!

And once your new CAI is assembled and installed, it's about 10 minutes or less to remove it and reinstall the stock intake and reload the stock tune, IF you ever need to.
