Default Ipodness

Hey Gents, I have a 2006 Gt, was wondering if anyone has found an add-on ipod adaptor for our radios? I'm trying to stay away from the wireless fm ipod thing because the quality is very poor.
Thanks

Can't you just plug an iPod into the place in the center console?

I don't have an iPod myself, but am hoping to get one for Christmas from the sweetie.

What about the Microsoft Zune? I have two of them. I bought the FM transmitter, and the music sounds like absolute crap. There's almost no bass, even when turned up, and the Shaker system on.

I was wondering about this. I have seen lots of threads on the ipod issue with the 05+ mustangs but mine came with an aux plug in the center console. So this is an 07+ feature only? This is one of the things I did'nt like about my 04 Mustang. I did'nt want to change the factory headunit so I was limited to using the fm transmitters and they suck. I'm glad ford decided to add this.
