The $86 dollar diagnosis fee is complete bull****. I had a CEL a few weeks ago. "Catalyst under efficiency." Ford tried to charge me $86 to jack the car up and say "we can't help you as you have an aftermarket midpipe." After 45 minutes of arguing, I walked out of there with me $86.
