Thats sad Is there anybody who likes the Predator anymore?
His main reason was it's USB connection which makes it easier to update.

Find out what your local dyno tuner supports. Even if you aren't planning on dyno tuning now, it'll be better down the line to have the tuner he supports, should you ever decide to get a dyno tune. (If you get into serious tuning, the dyno is a must.)
And that's just it...The local dyno tuner supports both, so even THAT isn't something I can say, "Go with Diablosport over SCT!" Kinda sucks...

I'm leaning towards the Diablosport because of the points mentioned that I can turn off TCS in the tuner, and I can store the tunes to the computer...And it looks like it'll hold 5 tunes, where the SCT only holds 3, I think?

I had the same question. Doug at Bama Chips recommended that I get the new SCT XCal 3. I'm waiting on it and a JLT CAI now...

sure , my local shop only tunes with it, and some of the other tuners here do enough volume they do both

What do you do for a o/r midpipe if you have the SCT and can't turn off the rear o2's?

You have to have your tuner turn them off in the tune itself....no big deal unless you have to pay for that new tune...

You could try O2 simulators for $60 as well. You are better off turning them off with the tuner IMO. Sometimes the simulators don't work.

Do you have a M5 or A5?

The reason I ask is supposedly the SCT can do things for the Auto the Diablo Cant. I dont believe the Diablo can control linepressure for instance. If your going with Doug I would take his suggestion.

It also seems like less tunes are available mailorder for the Diablo. That seems to be changing though.

PS I thought the only tune you could not store to a PC with the Xcal3 was the OEM?
