Default Ashtray/cigarette lighter mod

OK, I know there must be SOME smokers out there. Back when I used to smoke in my car (I have since quit, other than 2-3 cigarettes in the past few months) I always wanted an ashtray or cigarette lighter, but cars these days aren't coming with them! Any smokers out there who put an ashtray in, or do you just use a plastic glass and/or the window? And anyone install a lighter?

Just curious, I know I can't be the ONLY one who loves my car and keeps it super clean yet used to smoke in it...

Ford offers the option for smokers an ashtray insert
for the cupholder and a lighter for the dash power outlet.
Base part # 04810
Ask your stealership if they have them available.

When I used to smoke, I bought a canister ashtray from AutoZone. It fit in the cup holder, and had a built in snuffer.

Most of the aftermarket round ashtrays will fit the cupholder. You'll need to install a lighter socket where the 12v socket is though. Have to take the center dash apart to do that though.

This is where I got mine. Did not install the lighter, but they are Ford factory parts. Cannot beat the price....

The only smoke near my Stang is what comes out of the exhaust.
Yuck!! I can't even get in a car where someone has smoked!

Wife found a chrome cupholder ashtray with an LED in it.
The other car is an 03 TJ, also have to use a cup holder ashtray.
Problem is using up beer holder space for the ashtray...
Oh well.

Man I'm wondering what that was. There was this thing when I took my car that was in the far cup holder. Plastic thingy that looked like it might double as an ashtray. Promptly threw it away .
