RE: SUSPENSION OPTION?????
I'm not familiar with the BMR springs or their relative stiffness. But the price of the package seems reasonable. I would highly suggest you replace your LCA's while you're under there, putting on the brackets.

RE: SUSPENSION OPTION?????
i just ordered the eibach pro-kit lowering springs, eibach camber bolts, spohn lca's and a spohn adj. panhard bar all from fast toys performance (they're a site sponsor) for less money than the bmr lowering kit costs. based upon all of the research that i've done, those four items are the basic essentials if you're looking to lower your ride and to slightly improve handling (add a set of lca relocation brackets, too, if you're so inclined; i'll do that eventually).
drop them a line at sales@fasttoys.net and mention that you're a forum member; i'm sure they'll hook you up my experience with them has been great thus far.

RE: SUSPENSION OPTION?????
After seeing other peoples cars on here I decided to go with the Eibach Pro-kit. I really like the stance of the car with these springs.
Here are some pics of my car with springs installed:
