I think I found pretty close to the exact spot you did that on google earth, lol. Using the guardrails, and yellow cross lines on the street.

yeah, I was bored. No where to go and this snow storm is expected to drop 9" on us.

If you followed Flatbush Avenue to the South, there's a Bridge that goes into Rockaway. Just before the Bridge if you look to the East you'll see the Fields.......Including the NYPD Driver Training Facility.
