Manual Boost Controller
Do you attach the vacuum tube to the top of the wastegate and T (which is connected to your BOV) it into your vacuum line? So the boost controller goes inbetween the T you make and the top of the wastegate. that sound right?
Which one do you have? I have the Greddy Pro Spec B. I lost the manual and went to their website and downloaded a PDF with all the instructions.
I don't think it's connected tot he BOV at all. It has to do more with your waste gate. But their should be a diagram to let you know what you need to do.

well i found this

So i know it connects to the top of the wastegate and the line connects T's to the side of the wastegate. So i think i'll just make a T fitting in the line that goes to the side of the wastegate. That line does T off to the wastegate but i dont think it matters....or does it? I should have paid attention when I took mine off the STS kit.

well it was manual/electric. The manual was connected to a solenoid so if i turned it on it would let the air flow so i could use the controller. The solenoid is what they use for trucks to switch gas tanks. Pretty cool actually
What brand/model? The cool thing about the electronic versions is you can ramp in the boost to make it hit harder or softer. You can control the amount of gain, depending on conditions to maintain a constant boost and eliminate spikes under heavy loads. Also, an electronic one can be adjusted to keep the waste gate closed until full boost. Often the spring will start opening prior to full boost bleeding off pressure and therefore letting your boost come in a little slower. Good for street driving but bad for the track.
Where are you mounting the controler?
