I have the cloth seats on my '07. What material are those seatsmade of? Can anyone give me any advice for cleaning these seats?

The owners manual says to use some sort of Ford cleaning product?
Maybe its in the workshop manuals? Cant remember which. here is
a Ford part # for some sort of cloth seat cleaner.

On my wifes Expedition I use woolite & water solution & a medium soft brush, then I pull it back out with my wet dry vac, they usually look good as new & that is saying something with 9& 6 year old boys.
