Had ordered new True FiberGT-S hood fromFast Toys. It arrived today, opened box and found a hole near where it fits cloce tothe winshield, carton had same hole. Opened it with driver present and refused shipment. Will call Fast Toys when they open for business after the 7th of Jan

as someone that works for a shipping company "the biggest one" i would nt blame fast toys unless it doesnt have 2inches of packing all the way around.....stuff happends sometimes sadlly

Thats why you inspect the box before you open it. Shipping companies get so many false claims that when one is real they harass you so you just give up. And they make you wait hours for cust service to deal with you so you can't hold the driver responsible. I had to threaten to call the cops on a driver once for destruction of property to have some sort of referance on file because I bought a plasma TV online and it had obviously been droppped. The driver asked me to open the box to check it out and when I said I didn't want it he refused because I opened it. So I called 911 with him standing there and then he wanted to act right..

 

You shouldnt have any prob as long as you sign the damage/refuse shipment. They will send you a replacement I am sure....

 

yeah we get a lot of stuff that is shipped already damage just so they can claim it

That really sucks. I hope you get the right resolution from the ones responsible. Glad you opened it with driver present otherswise it would have been a whole world of grief.
