I've been researchingsprings myself. What I have found is that because the vert is heavier than the coupe in the rear, the back will lower a bit more than specified.

I have the Roush coils on order (.75 front/rear) and the Koni dampers, and my installer suggested I see how theconvertible responds before I purchase more parts.

Your drop in the rear sounds significant, so I suspect you will need to adjust with the bolts and bar.

i can't speak to the seriousness of the problems that may result from lowering without adjusting camber and the rear, but i can say that after doing significant research (this weekend i've got a ton of stuff being installed including springs, shocks/struts, crossmember, k member, r. sway, lca's, reloc. brackets, phb and phb brace) it is unadvisable. i think the bottom line is that if you're doing suspension, do it correctly one time. that being said, i know there are a few forummembers who have simply replaced the springs and run without any issues. to me, however, that seems a bit imprudent.

I have the same drop. I will need camber bolts on my car since my front left wheel is leaning inwards. I also have the Adj. PHB but my axle wasn't off by anything.

Get it just to be safe.

I went with the steeda ultralites, and a front end alignment only. The shop had no problem aligning the car. I have had no tire wear problems, so far. Car drives great. Makes me want LCA's, and UCA, and some tokico's later though.[:@]

Be sure that the front sway bar bolts are very tight, it took a while, (and research), to track that rattle down.

you're going to have a rough ride on the stock shocks and struts. I'd look into some tokico d specs too so you can adjust the firmness of the ride
