what is the size(leanth and threading and leanth of the shaft) of the bolts that hold the LCA's

They are 14x95 mm. Your dealer may have them or you can get them from a hardware store. They only cost about $2.

the thing is I want to get grade 8 bolts of the same size (stronger better bolts)

I would go with the OEM Ford fastners available at your local
Stealership. They are a specific grade and are self locking
one time use fastners. Its a matter of life or death when
getting the proper suspension fasteners.
