I have a 06 mustang GT, I've noticed a constant whine while at low speed turning while in parking lots and such? It sounds kinda like it would be low on power steering fluid or something but it is not. Anyone else have this problem??? Or is it just the way these cars are?

 

Some do that. Sometimes it points to contaminated/low/aerated fluid but often, they just make that noise for no reason.
