lol every 3 days i give it a 7 hour wash ( i have a LOT of free time, i'm 20 and i'm still on winter break). i do the same thing right before i turn the car on, i give the entire car a nice spray over to give it a decent shine. i'll get some pics up in a new post as this thread has become a little on the off-topic side. so what you're saying is i can technically put mods on the car and ford can still cover my car as long as it's not the part that's causing the problem?

by the by, how far are you from the santa monica area? i'm in a little bubble not too far from s.m. but would definitely love to meet more stangs cuz there are only yuppy bmw's and mercs everywhere i go.

So if I get a new fender from a black 05 or 06 v6 mustang it won't have the emblem holes. Correct? Or should I just get a new factory fender, leave the gt emblems and just do the antenna delete. I mean I gotta get the passenger fender painted anyways

Correct on the first quote and as far as the second quote ... I honestly don't know how far it is from me but I'm always in the LA/ Malibu area with Stang Skel so if you ever want to meet up let me know. Better yet - I'll just let you know the next time that we get together for a little mini cruise or something and if your free then you're more then welcome to join us.

Nope.
Even the $70 aftermarket has the cut out for the antena[8D].

That is retarded

that means I would have to get the patch and weld job, have to get the whole fender repainted and clearcoated, buy a new decal for my fender (probably the whole side), get that put on properly, and relocate the antenna to the windshield, sjust so I wouldn't have that antenna on my fender? I'm not sure thats worth it

that is a large run-on sentence

Well, I'm gonna weld mine shut eventually (been lazy).
I have an inside antenna that I will try out first for efficiency.
If I like that, then I'll weld.

that would be MORE THAN AWESOME. ever since i've been a mf member, i've always been looking at the beautiful tri-pod (caution, stang-skel, and sleeper) let me know, i got a lot of exterior mods in mind, but i'd like to meet up with other members with beefed up looking whips and have a simple rundown of all the stuff that's necessary to go through with it. thanks bud.
