I thought I did...
Well not to be too **** but the guy put it on ebay.. And it's a saleen bodykit car with a procharger put in by who exactly? Motor built by who exactly? If I were to buy the car I'd have to know the guy,the shop that built the motor and did the work and get a seal of approval by all of them. I know in my experiance that that car is not worth 40k+. I doubt any bank would finance it, or barrett-jackson could get 40k for it

Guess Ill wait for the 2010 redesign next year etc.

Well then, if you're buying it to mean something, this definately isn't the car to be buying.
I'd wait it out like you said, and either buy a real Saleen or a GT500. Can't go wrong either way I guess, but I liked the last body style Saleens more than the current S197 Saleens, so the GT 500 would appeal to me more in that regard.
