Don't know what has been going on in other states but in Missouri, were getting screwed when we fill up at the pump even more. Stations are now only sellilng us 90% unleaded fuel along with 10% ethanol. Don't know how this affects everyones tunes but its something you might wanna look in to...

Octane of E10 will be whatever is posted on the pump, so it shouldn't effect your tune. Ethanol is over 100 octane (some places on the web say 113 octane).
Ethanol has a lower energy density than gasoline, which means you're gas mileage will decrease a bit.

This is nothing new, it has been like for 30+ years....and the octane rating at the pump is unchanged because of it

that e85 is like cheap race gas!
