Frozen E-Brake fix.

Any of you guys leveraged the 06 Parking brake TSB to have the issue fixed at the dealer?
Mine locked up on me today and it's not a very good feeling.

If so, what exactly do they do?

I think they replace a cable.. but as a long and short term fix for now.. you could just not use it unless you are parked at an angle.
