This stuff is AMAZINGLY hard to come by. I have the Blow-By Racing side and window scoops and they don't come with mesh so I had to make my own.

After searching EVERYWHERE for something suitable, I eventually found a pliable black plastic mesh at Michael's. It was back with all the knitting crap (really felt like a man buying this stuff)

Anyway I cut it to shape and applied double-sided tape to the edges. Some of the tape could be seen through the mesh around the edge, and I didn't want dirt sticking to it, so I took a lot of time and touched it a lot so that the stickiness between those grids was gone.

I applied the parts to the car.....looks totally professional.

Sounds similar to what I did when I had the xenon scoop.
I took some black bar mat (they lay it on the shelves and place clean glasses upside down on it so they dry and breath), cut to fit and used super glue to apply.
Got comments on it all the time.
Looked great.
