Opinions of Fastlanes TT setup
are any of you guys familiar with their TT setup? I plan on going that route when i have the money. May I ask why go with the other setups when this one is so efficient at what you want (power) and the price isnt bad? (7k). I never here anything from anyone on the forums about it so i am guesing alot of people are not familiar with it. From what I remember while they talked to me about it yesterday and let me check out their 800+ rwhp mustang gt using the same set up, their kit uses 2 mitsubishi turbos and with 9 lbs of boost makes about 470 rwhp. Would love to hear your input.

RE: Opinions of Fastlanes TT setup
I have heard alot of good things about Fastlane in Houston. I havent heard/read alot about their TT setups besides reading about their red GT in the 5.0 mag. I would say do it cause they have the car to prove what they can do.

For what it's worth, I know Nick personally and trust only Fastlane to work on my car.
In a hobby filled with snake-oil salesmen, he/Fastlane are the most consciensous (sp?) I've had the pleasure to deal with. He also works closely with Josh next door who also does outstanding jobs. They work together on a lot of stuff like the TT set up. Nick does all the hardware/tuning, and Josh goes over the car and makes everythng look like it came from the factory that way. I've driven a few of their TT cars and can say it's a fantastic setup. The car drives like stock andwhen you want it to, the boost comes on strong, but smoothly. Absolutely perfect for a street car. The set up, besides being very low key in appearance (sleeper), has other benefits - the turbos mounted behind and below the engine keep everything under the hood from getting hotter than normal. When I worked for Lone Star Ford, I refered all my customers to Nick and Josh and never had a complaint. They've done a bunch of work on Ford GT's - most of the modded GT's running around Houston have been to Fastlane/Josh as well as many out of state GT's.
The bottom line is if I had the money, I'd definitely get their TT system.

Is that $7k installed? If so then that's probably a good deal assuming it's reliable. I know I went with a twin screw because I could install it myself in a weekend. Frankly, once I got over $5k in price, every nickel past that felt more like a quarter if you know what I mean.
