Once you fix it, you may want to put some welt trim around it. I think it helps hold it in place. So far mine is not sagging. It's easy to do, just push it in place;

Yeah I'm dealing with that on my wife's Escape. I used the Wellwood stuff from Home Depot. Only lasted about a week so I picked up some 3M Yellos Super Trim Adhesive 08090. Seems to be holding up way better but I decided to add welt to help with the edges.

I ordered some welt from a site called mr mikes . com Reasonable price and hella quick. I ordered it this past Saturday and got it today!

He sent me an e-mail confirming my order within a couple of hours and shipped it the same day.

It's a simple site and offers only welt but with service like that I would't go anywhere else.
