Default RE: RIP 05 GT.....

I actaully totalled my first 05 with a tree run in ... had just over 2k into that one. 5 days later bought the one in my sig - and modding began that weekend. I have no idea how your going to remain stock ... I couldn't do it -- not that I would want too anyway

3 weeks a go it froze down here in Jacksonville Florida. Long story short a palm tree atacked my car, and TOD it. At 45 mph the impact of a skiny palm tree in the center of the engine cut the car like a hot knife and butter. PS I walked away no injory thank God. That car is built though. I got an 08 GT now, and I changed the way I look at the car, I no longer see it as a street power machine insted I see it as a transportation machine from point a to point b. After spending about 4000$+ in mods from wheels to strips on the it. I feel robed . so this one is staying stock. Is the 08 slower then the Stock 05? it feals that way to me .. weird.

Yeah I live in K-Town (Kaiserslautern) and I have only about 2 months left til I am back in the states. I am sure people would love to work on her but my time is limited. I have to put her on the ship in about 1 1/2 months, I'll be missing her for about 45-60 days. I might take her on a trip to Normandy before I leave I think she'll enjoy it ... thanks for the responses...
