Does anyone know where you can get a KR replica hood. I've looked around and searched this site, can't find anything. I know there are ones that are close, but I want the exact one for my Mustang GT. Any help would be great.

 

The real KR hood will never be available to the public. Amy at Shelby Autos made that very clear. Closest thing they offer is the Shelby SS hood.

Trufiber offers the Venom hood (which I own but it's not on the car yet) look up Mellowyellow06 to see pictures of it. This is the closest you are going to get to the KR hood.

But you should know that any of the above hoods mentioned will not work with a GT or V6 bumper. The pillars next to the headlights will not allow the hood to close. You either need a GT500 bumper, or you need to settle on a Trufiber GTS, GTS-2 or GTS-3.

trufiber gts-1 2 or 3 is another great choice

 

YOU NEED A GT500 BUMPER FOR THE VENOM HOOD TO WORK.
