Rattle! HELP
It is designed to pop off, it is how you get the door paneloff to upgrade your paper factory speakers.
Carefully pop it off, set it upside down, place a couple of small drops of regular silicon caulk on the back side. Allow to dry completely. Replace factory speakers. Pop it back in. Done.

I used a butter knife to pop it off & it worked well, I would not use glue, you will mangle it he next time you need to take it off, it needs to be removed every time the door panel is taken apart. I used a piece of 3m tape on the back of it and I left the film on the otherside of the tape so it wouldn't stick. Another good one is the soft side of sticky backed velcro works great for stoping rattles.
I did like hogpwr. This panel and the one behind the door grab area. A bit of silicone to prevent it from being able to move, let it dry completely, then replaced it. It's the same effect as putting dynamat, velcro, tape, etc. You just need something to fill the gap so it can't wiggle around back there.
Since the door speaker aggravates this even more, it's a good idea to put extra felt at the mounting points.
Don't have a problem witht my car at all, but if I did, that's one of the things I'd do.
