Default Pypes Violator db level

I just heard that Oregon passed a law limiting exhaust noise to 93 db at 2500 rpm. Does anyone know where the Pypes Violators rate? I don't have any other exhaust mods but do have CAI/tune.

I still have the stock exhaust if it doesn't pass but would like to know before I go in if it's going be an issue.

At idle, not much louder than stock. Just throatier. At WOT they're probably 3-6 dB louder than stock. That's with the stock mid-pipe.

Thanks DarkFire. I have the Violators so I know what my ears tell me - and my ears completely agree with you (Just kidding around - not trying to be an a**, BTW)

I was wondering if anyone had a db level or could point me to a chart. I found a chart with several mufflers compared side-by-side...but of course the V-s didn't have a db level listed. On that note, almost all of the mufflers tested were below 93 db at 3500 rpm so I'm guessing I'll be okay.

I think other states have similar laws so if anyone in one of those states has passed emissions testing with them on I'd love to hear about it.
