Cost for Forged Bottom End Install?

Looking to do the livernois motorsports stroker rotating assembly. How many hours do you think it would take to install this? What all takes part in these installs?

I was qouted by the local shop $5600 total for everything balanced forged and complete...

DSS Racing says theirs is already balanced and I may go with their kit now that I have looked at it and the livernois' kits. Anybody know about the DSS Racing kit?
