Alright, so here is my situtation.

Ive always wanted to run 13s. mid 13s. I had a car that almost did, but I could never get into the 13s, partially because of my driving skill and it was AWD.

My mods on my 05 Stang are:

SLP AxleBacks
JLT2 CAI
93oct Brenspeed Tune
Tokico DSpecs
Steeda Stage II Handling Package

5-speed

If it possible to get into the 13s easily? There is a track day on Sunday I was considering going to.

Stock I ran 14.1 @ 100mph. With just a CAI and brenspeed tune, i then ran 13.5 @ 105mph. Some people tell me with better shift I can get low 13s with my mod. I want to be in the 12 by the end of the summer.

SPEEDSHIFTING!!! Knocks a lot off of your time. (not a full second, but enough!)

I'm stationed in Guam, and because of the humidity, we are about a full second slower than stateside. I have the FRPP Drag and Handling packs, my fastest is a 13.81 at 105mph. My biggest problem is traction, I'm running street tires. I got the 13.81 because I got good traction from the previous drivers hellacious burnout! We do not use VHT like other tracks because of the $$$, except for a major drag racing event. EITHER WAY, TRACTION is your friend! And turn your TCS off...LOL

With your mods, you should easily be in the 13s, not to mention 12s witha good driver mod. These cars were rated at 13.5 in the 1/4 mile STOCK.

With some nice cool air I don't see you having a problem getting into the 13's. With just a JLT 93 tune I ran a 13.1, 50 degree air. Good Luck.

You should be able to do it. Had a friend almost make it into the 13's with fewer mods and 20" wheels!

You should make it no problem IMHO.

Not a problem getting mid 13s and even lower. You might need some good tires if you are spinning too much. I did 13.1 with stock Pirellis and the mods in my sig.

You'll need more mods like gears to touch 12's, but mid 13's shouldn't be a problem. I hit mid 13's with my stock tires along with my C&L intake and tune.
