Default Anyone ever use Performance Autosport in Richmond, VA

Does anyone have any experience with this shop?
I am considering having some work done by them and I was curious about them.
I talked to this dude Mark on the phone and they charge $79/hr labor which isn’t too bad.

I asked about 4.10s and he said they won’t guarantee Motive gears and that he had some FRPP gears is stock for $239, which is a little pricey.
But, he quoted me $700 parts & labor for 4.10s and that includes FRPP gears, install kit and synthetic gear oil; that price does not include new bearings that is an extra $60 is needed.
Does that sound reasonable?

Can anyone recommend another shope that does gears, 1-piece DS, lowering springs/Tokicos?

yes, its a great place. I got some tuning done there. They do very nice work, just walk in there and look at the cars they are doing. Some badass cars in that shop[sm=icon_rock.gif]

No these guys are out in Goochland near Broad and Ashland Rd(623)west of 288.

Everhad anycontact with them?
I talked to the owner on the phone a few times and he seems like a cool dude, but one thing that struck me wierd is he doesn't do gears inhouse and he doesn't like 1-piece driveshafts.

Anyone know these guys or know of another shop to get Gears, Struts/Springs/headers, blah blah done?

Performance autosport is awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I drove up from Ft Bragg and it was well worth the drive.
