Default Saleen SC surging on cruise control

I have only had a couple days to run my saleen charger since installed and here's what happened looking for advise.

Partial to full manual throttle runs like a raped ape no issues.

So once I was done farting around wearing out the tires I cruised home at 65mph car would surge and hunt to hold a smooth speed, I never ran through much on my aeroforce gauge but I did notice the vacuum was jumping around quitea bit, like it was throttling itself too much to run the cruise properly smoothly. Reminded me of a duramax I once had with a heavy diablo boost setting it's like it's jumpy. Shop that tuned it saud check my vacuum lines, they are fine routed as per JDM plus with Aeroforce MAP t'd in. Car ran great on the dyno and today, I am not sure what is up??
Ideas: ECU needs to learn the new map? Throttle position sensor needs to learn? Tune I got is too lean on the bottom and surges?
Anyone run across this issue themselves?

Car is 05 gt, Saleen sc with 39lb injectors, 3.5 in pulley (runs 6.5lbs boost) WMS ram air with 95mm maf, custom tune on Diablo predator.

The WMS intake is at fault. Others have had issues with it, especially running a Saleen SC. Apparrently the MAF signal is garbage...........

This is somewhat common. It can get a little annoying. I am trying to see if there is a way to "clean it up" in tuning. From what I surmise, with the blower, it just aggravates it more over stock. It seems Ford has their vehicles set up to add a good amount of throttle on the cruise control. Our F150 accelerates like crazy when say giving 2 pushes of the button........for every push = 1 mph .

Catgt, I thought the WMS issue was when you chopped the throttle you got a wash over the maf not on constant cruise, no?
Casey: Thanks for the reply, I hope there is a smoothing function in tuning too if that's it. I am going to check my maf extension tonight make sure it's good and I might try to run the Saleen vacuum set rather the 'popular' way I have. Also I have the base sc tune form the shop that I used to get the car there I might try that to see of the tune I have is no good. Edit with pic of my hose routing.
