ya, no, i'm an idiot, didn't use any primer. That seems to be a key element i always neglect to use. As far as the T/B spacer goes, ya i got one of those, i think it's useless but it does look nice. Those aren't the screws i was looking for though, it's the ones on the side of the T/B that hold the mini T/B motor to the T/B.

Partsbill- ya i was looking to just get the cheapo ones, i've never seen the brushed ones in action so i was kind of avoiding using them. It might be what i have to do though. I tried to talk a salesman into taking 20 bucks and putting a blind eye to me and letting me yank one out of a car on the lot...lol. He was cool about it but laughed at me and said no.The way i see it, if a dealer needs something you bet your *** they can get the part withut paying for the whole unit. I would REALLY appreciate if you could get me the part #, that would save so much time watching someone look through their parts system for 2hrs. Seems like that's what it always takes.

sorry Tony, but looks like the screws that hold the t/b motoron the throttle body are only serviced in the throttle body assy.

Yikes, does that mean i have to buy a new throttle body assy. because they don't sell these things? I found a VERY similar screw at my house that seems to even thread the same. It is phillips head though, not star, i put a washer on there and it holds real tight and doesn't feel like it's x-threaded. I might just stick with that as opposed to paying for a whole new unit...that would suck.

Thanks for looking though bud, i really appreciate it!

Here you go, N806154-S437 is the part # , its also listed as M6X1.0 X32.5 if you want to get it at the hardware store. The previous picture appears to me to be for an 07 cause it is the stud for the plenum cover not the bolt you are referring to. They are $1.47 ea at directfordparts.com

I need these also cause I got the studs for the plenum & misplaced the original screws but now I am installing a shaker so I need to get the original bolts back.

If you get a plenum cover it should come with the studs so you will be set & dress up your engine at the same time.

I believe he's looking for the bolts that hold the throttle body actuator to the throttle body housing on the side, part# N806154-S437 are the bolts on a 05/06 that mount the throttle body to the intake manifold.

Haha, well i'm glad it worked out for you. Ya what i was looking at is there are some metric bolts that have that Locktite bluejunk pre-coated on them, which an electrician buddyof mine has a few of.I have a feeling are the correct size.Anyone know if the bolts are typically metric on the rest of the car?
