not a mustang, but my dad bought a 1969 pontiac gto judge edition. it was gonna be mine when i turned 18, but me being the douchebag, and being somewhat ignorant about cars...passed on the offer. only because i was weeks away from picking up an 03 cobra. then ended up getting an 01 ml320 (mom's car) and drove it for a couple years and finally ended up with an 08 gt.

it's totally not relevant, but i sometimes wish i made the right move.
i'd totally drive that GTO over a new mustang.

after i pay mine off i'm hittin the market for old muscle cars.

if there is no rust hop on it. You can always do a v-8 conversion if that sort of thing matter to you. My pops is doing a 66 coupe right now, he got the rust free non-running car for $1500 and had it shipped to FL from Cali. Right now it is in primer with no interior. GO FOR IT!!

For sure get it. Looks like alot of fun to me and more stuff to spend money on making it your own. Plus it seems that they are going up in value, can't go wrong.

Look closely at it. Check the floorboards and cowl for rust. Look at the underneath. Not a deal breaker, but know what your getting into.

I had a 66 coupe c code 289 with an automatic and really enjoyed the car. It did have some rust in the floor pans and cowl area had a leak but other than that it was a fun car. I say for the price and what it is to go ahead and get it.
