A friend wants to buy udp's and wanted to know if you have to change the belts or are they just a perfect replacement? Im guessing there worth it hes getting them for $120

 

As long as you're replacing the waterpump and the balancer pulley you don't need to replace the belt, it's a perfect fit. Mine are Steeda and they fit perfectly.

 

The idiler pulley takes up the slack just fine. You might want to remove the fan as it gives you alot more room. Also make sure you have a puller for the harmonic ballancer pulley.

This is good RWHP (about 10) for not too much money!

 

If he plans on supercharging anytime soon, I wouldn't recommend it.

 

Don't need to replace the belt.
