Lots of heat from center floorboard...Trouble?

As I said I only notice it on pretty warm days.
I tell you what though, we WILL be hearing alot about this issue come mid to late summer and 90-100 degree days!
I am going to try to attempt to get them to better insulate it. All it needs is more material around that hump.
